History: Nungola mosque is situated at a distance of about 200 m. to the south of Rani Matar dighi and on the west bank of a ancient pond called Nongiola dighi. The mosque was named after this dighi. Description: Nongola Mosque is a one domed mosque. Each arm of this square has a length of 5.45 m. The four walls, four corner turrets and the dome on the top have all disappeared in course of time. Only a little portion of the walls and turrets can be seen now.
